Another company move nearer to their CSR goals!

Once again the Aerodyne technical & design team used 2D and 3D CAD design software to develop world class aerodynamics.

Spot the difference…

Here are some clues:

1. Longer deflector – Deflector picks up air at the front of the cab
2. Deflector can be adjusted much higher
3. Deflector adjusts higher with no gaps for the air to hit the trailer being towed behind
4. & more – the list goes on!

Every 200mm of exposed trailer height costs 3% in fuel, so if the trailer front is streamlined with a correctly adjusted air management kit, the potential fuel saving is great. Are your CSR goals or operational efficiency goals needing another avenue explored?
