Another company move nearer to their CSR goals!
Once again the Aerodyne technical & design team used 2D and 3D CAD design software to develop world class aerodynamics.
Spot the difference…
Here are some clues:
- Longer deflector – Deflector picks up air at the front of the cab
- Deflector can be adjusted much higher
- Deflector adjusts higher with no gaps for the air to hit the trailer being towed behind
- & more – the list goes on!
Every 200mm of exposed trailer height costs 3% in fuel, so if the trailer front is streamlined with a correctly adjusted air management kit, the potential fuel saving is great. Are your CSR goals or operational efficiency goals needing another avenue explored?
